OUR CORE VALUES

With owning dogs come great responsibility. Having a properly trained dog is very important to both a stress free and safe environment for your family and friends. Our methods focus on teaching your dog what to do and reinforcing the behaviors you want. We can help you build the foundations you need to strengthen the bond between you and your dog.
Kim uses positive, reward-based training which helps you build a relationship with your dog on trust and clear communication. Recent studies on canine behavior are proving that positive reinforcement training is much more effective (not to mention humane) than training involving punishment. Positive reinforcement training is based on the simple notion that rewarding your dog for desired behavior will encourage more of that behavior.
With positive dog training you can train with purpose while having fun!

"Kim really understands the dog's behavior."

"We just completed 3 sessions with Kim for our dog Max! Kim communicated quickly and clearly. She gave us very practical advice and taught us easy to follow methods to help Max. She also sent follow up emails recapping what we covered in each session which was super helpful! In each session Max made great progress and responded well to the methods Kim showed us. You can tell she really understands the dog's behavior and adjusts training accordingly."
